The KK Beef Club was one of the first sustainable farming initiatives ever undertaken in Ireland and is now one of the longest running producer groups in Ireland. Today we have over 50 members in the club producing some of the best beef in Ireland.
It is unique in terms of its consistent monitoring of quality, animal nutrition and welfare standards and ensuring a truly integrated supply chain that seeks to continuously improve the quality of the finished product. All animals are specially selected from top quality beef breeds from some of the best suckler herds in Ireland to ensure only the highest quality of our finished product. There is also a strong emphasis on sustainability whereby farmers are encouraged to use home grown or locally sourced natural feed ingredients.
The KK Beef Club has grown over the years and includes over 50 selected farming families all over Ireland, they form the heart of the KK Beef Club. Over the years we have developed together a number of successful production blueprints for producing beef to the highest standards.
